We have grown and learned allot from our clients and employees along the way.I am excited to relaunch the business and share with you my vision for the next 10.Although we have been informally offering services for residential and commercial customers regardless of season, it was time to get serious and reorganize our operations around 4 Service Lines.LandCare is our commercial maintenance service that helps Property Managers use their terra as a competitive advantage. Our colleagues have a difficult job and it is easy to buy on price. However experienced Property Managers know it leads to challenged landscaping companies going under and then dealing with the follow on emergency of hiring under duress. At the end of the day it was expensive to buy the cheapest and then replace them. That is why our motto is “We Own It”.TreeCare is our commercial arborist service and is like the LandCare line - we make the largest visual element on a property flourishing and verdant. What differs from just maintaining the property are trees require a level of knowledge that comes from being an arborist - it is more the water and fertilizer. It is love and intuition. BespokeCare has been our only venture into the residential marketplace. It is here we bring together everything will know about horticulture to transform the flora and fauna from what is to what can be. We work closely with owners to convert their unique vision for the property to integrate land and structure. We loved being creatively stretched and these lessons show up in all of our work.SnowCare and the season to prepare. This is our crap-shoot business because whenever you are dependant on the weather, all you can do is play the odds. What does that look like? It is the mix of fixed cost contracts that lock-in great pricing for customers while protecting our equipment, and contracts by the push. By the push has no upfront costs to the property manager but when it really snows - nobody is under contract and it will take bribing second tier snow companies to show up - very expensive with low quality. One buys you security we will be there when you need us most while smartly managing a budget and the other saves you money until it doesn’t and then it demands deep pockets.
